According to a Community Life survey, 45% of adults feel occasionally or often lonely in England. While 6% of respondents said they feel lonely often or always. This equates to 3 million people. The main cause of loneliness is lack of companionship. 

Gupee is a social enterprise, whose mission is to reduce the above-mentioned statistics through it’s services and products. To be more specific, Gupee is a social app designed to connect young adults through a group matchmaking system. Gupee’s mission is to ignite the magic of human connection everywhere so that no one will ever be alone again! Future profits will be used to launch campaigns to reach out to people who are struggling with isolation, loneliness and/or mental health like anxiety and depression.
